Special Know-How Areas:

  • RM&E
I’m very keen on the different aspects of RM&E: scoping, stakeholder analysis, req. engineering, traceability, risk & change mgmt., tool support with DOORS & MKS
  • Safety / Criticality:
In my long time in the avionics area I have gained deep knowledge and many experiences of the safety standards RTCA DO/178-B and IEC ISO 61508.
  • Metrics:
During the last years I've been involved in several projects with the definition and establishment of metrics to measure the progress of development projects. The practicability in handling and using was a basic factor for the acceptance of the metrics in the whole organisation.
