"[...] Im Rahmen seines verantwortungsvollen und vielseitigen Tätigkeitsfeldes führte er eigenverantwortlich und erfolgreich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben in allen Bereichen der Entwicklung von embedded Software nach Standards wie DO178B sowie im Rahmen der Realisierung begleitender Prozesse durch: [...] Der IT-Spezialist verfügt über umfassende und vielseitige Fachkenntnisse, auch in Randbereichen, und setzt diese stets sicher und zielgerichtet in der Praxis ein. Er nutzte stets alle gebotenen Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen Weiterbildung intensiv und sehr erfolgreich. Aufgrund seiner äußerst schnellen Auffassungsgabe arbeitete er sich rasch in neue Aufgabengebiete ein und durchdrang auch sehr komplexe Sachverhalte vollständig. Er konnte sich auf unterschiedlichste Arbeitssituationen schnell einstellen und ist daher vielseitig einsetzbar. Durch sein ausgeprägt logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen kam er auch in schwierigen Lagen zu einem eigenständigen, abgewogenen und stets zutreffenden Ergebnis. Mit diesen Fähigkeiten und seiner Kreativität ermöglichte er die Entwicklung neuer Methoden bei der Softwareentwicklung - z. B. die Entwicklung des sogenannten Host-Testbeds, das durch eine Simulation die Möglichkeit eröffnet, die embedded Software während des Schreibens unter Windows zu testen. Auch leistete der IT-Spezialist durch selbst geschaffene Tools einen gewinnbringenden Beitrag für unser Unternehmen, da mittels diesen Tools Prozesse beschleunigt, der Entwicklungsaufwand verringert und die Qualität erhöht werden konnte - beispielsweise durch die automatische Generierung von DOORS-Modulen, Test-Skripten, Konfigurationsdateien und Berichten. Bei Projekten wie dem OSD Simulator profitierte unser Unternehmen außerordentlich von den besonderen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten des IT-Spezialisten in den Bereichen Simulation, Kommunikation und Windows, so dass dadurch die erfolgreiche Durchführung der Projekte sichergestellt war. Der IT-Spezialist ermöglichte durch die Erforschung von undokumentierten Schnittstellen den gewinnbringenden Abschluss anderer Aufgaben. Er identifizierte sich stets voll mit seinen Aufgaben, setzte sich ohne zu zögern auch über die geregelte Arbeitszeit hinaus erfolgreich für unser Unternehmen ein und übernahm bereitwillig zusätzliche Verantwortung. So trug er als stellvertretender Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter entscheidend dazu bei, dass unser Unternehmen nach dem Standard EN 9100 zertifiziert wurde. Zudem förderte er zusätzlich zu seinen Aufgaben die Kommunikation in unserem Unternehmen durch die Schaffung eines Intranets mit den entsprechenden Informationen und Foren. Auch unter schwierigsten Arbeitsbedingungen bewältigte er seine Aufgaben in hervorragender Weise. Stets ging er äußerst planvoll, systematisch und ergebnisorientiert vor und überzeugte stets durch seine sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit. Dabei zeichnete sich seine Arbeit darüber hinaus durch Kreativität und Eigeninitiative aus. Auch für schwierigste Problemstellungen fand und realisierte er sehr effektive Lösungen. Er kam stets zu ausgezeichneten Arbeitsergebnissen. Dabei arbeitete er sich einerseits stets eigenständig und effektiv in neue Bereiche, Techniken und Tools ein, ließ andererseits aber auch jüngere Mitarbeiter von seiner Erfahrung und seinen Kenntnissen profitieren. Die Qualität seiner Leistung und seine Kompetenz haben ihm bei Vorgesetzten, Kollegen und Kunden vollste Anerkennung eingebracht. Der IT-Spezialist hat stets und in jeder Hinsicht seine Aufgaben zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Sein Verhalten gegenüber Vorgesetzten, Kollegen und Mitarbeitern war stets vorbildlich.
