Main Purpose of Job
Ensure that the GLOBE Solution baseline application systems,
within her scope, are maximized to address business requirements;
and that these are enriched with the experience gained with
Market Implementation projects.
Main Responsibility:
Support the usage of the GLOBE Template within Markets where
the implementation is finished, ensuring consistency.
In collaboration with other application systems colleagues,
screen each new version of the GLOBE applications
to identify existing specific business requirements in Markets
where the GLOBE Template has been implemented.
This screening has to be done with the view of retiring
legacy applications and maximizing the use of the GLOBE applications.
Validate market-specific requirements and
application systems change requests to ensure that these are consistent
with the Zone and/or business strategies, Business Excellence,
and that the full functionality of the GLOBE applications is exploited.
Identify country- or market-specific business requirements
those have the potential of being adopted as part
of the Zone or Global application systems.
Collaborate with Business Excellence in the formulation of common solutions
to address new and emerging business requirements
while maximizing the use of the existing GLOBE Template.
Coordinate the activities required to deliver approved localizations
of the GLOBE Template, ensuring that a high-level quality of the
applications is maintained, and that end-user procedures and
training materials reflect these localizations.
Ensure that the root cause of level-2 application support problems
are identified and addressed accordingly.
