• Experienced Interim and Project manager for IT-Controlling in various assignments both within central controlling departments and specialized IT-departments or IT-companies. • Identified end to end process controls for the credit note process for a global oil downstream business. Verified and documented the internal controls, performed walk-throughs to assess the design effectiveness through to risk estimation and mitigation.
• Established and validated a auditor approved case study template for the implementation of the US GAAP accounting standards for a large number of German subsidiaries of an international consumer goods concern with a revenue of 4,5 MrdEUR. Responsible for the roll out of the excel template, the coaching and counselling of the local finance managers  and the mitigation of the company individual risks.
  • Acted as Interim Projectcontroller in an global ERP-implementation for the rework of the weekly reporting using the Earned Value Methodology. Audited the CAPEX and OPEX process of the project workstreams. Evaluated an additional VBA-programm for an EVM-Index.
