Deliver insights into various aspects of aircraft management and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Assess and manage risks associated with aircraft management processes.   • Successfully integrated SAP, ACPNG, and the QLB logbook for internal handovers, ensuring the correction and steering of NC workflows to the appropriate department.

Coordinated closely with partners to ensure the timely completion of all outstanding work, proactively addressing non-conformities (NCs) and design queries (DQNs). Engaged partners to secure prompt responses and on-time deliveries when necessary. Followed up with production teams to facilitate the timely completion of tasks. Systematically documented all outstanding work, formulated comprehensive plans for resolution, and communicated any implications to the wing join-up in the Final Assembly Line (FAL).

  • Served as a key member of the FCO (Fulfil Customer Order) Core Team, representing the FAL and ensuring on-time delivery of all A/C of the same version with maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Managed issues related to the FAL Process on an MSN, providing independent assessments of outstanding work on delivered parts and assemblies and overseeing their resolution.
