• For 4 strategic clients, articulate the existing architecture landscape and service model to subsequently build a support approach to delivering customer tailored solutions
• Identification and mapping of the existing capabilities and architecture framework to document the architecture depository and propose improvements, especially with regard to the business architecture framework
• Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops tailored to the discovery phase of the sales process, RFP's / RFI's, or market analysis

• Identification and listing (Archimate), of existing softwares/tools, resulting costs reduction through software rationalization and shadow IT remediation
• Identification and mapping of the existing business capabilities
• Documenting and maintaining the architecture depository
• Liaise with the relevant experts from business, IT, senior management and external providers
• Define the architecture solutions and ger validation for various transformation projects, mainly in the funds service
• Identify, document and define opportunities, resulting in architecture solutions for various other deliverables, including DevOps tool selection, Data Lake implementation, RPAs, APIs, streaming
• Developments and implementation follow up as per theADM (TOGAF)
• Document and maintain the architecture principles, norms and governance for Luxembourg

• Act as 1st line support for clients to resolve or facilitate the resolution of technology and business related incidents
• Participate in strategic discussions on the product evolution and client experience improvement
• Liaise with diverse teams made up of IT teams, technical experts and CRMs
• Onsite implementation of the company´s tool for the clients
• Perform UAT testing of requested changes
