Manage Finance overall Process Quality & constant improvement (Planning, Controlling and Record to Report Process) & assess the quality of financial processes in collaboration with the finance stakeholders.
Set-up of new financial Key Performance Indicators dashboard (SAP S/4 HANA).
Work on Finance Digitization & Transformation ERP roadmap / PMO .
Participate on process automation project (planning, reporting and Intercompany processes).
Implement financial business models in the Business Management System (ARIS).
Communicate to & train stakeholders on business end to end processes and BMS utilization.
Provide finance community with efficient and reliable solutions.
Propose Innovative ideas & develop new solutions using new ways of working, lean methodologies like Design Thinking, Agile and Scrum methodologies and Practical Problem Solving approach.
Risks detection & keys controls implementation. Mitigation Plan. Change monitoring.
Profile
I am a native French speaker, who is highly motivated, determined and organized. Proven experience in finance (controlling and reporting), process and project management, lean techniques, audit, digitalization... Seeking a job with responsibilities where my analytical, financial and conceptual skills can be utilised to deliver, develop and improve financial, and achieve strategic business goals.
