Project manager for Strategic Data Archive (SDA) - cloud native data archive. SDA was developed and maintained in-house, for the compliant archival of data contained within the organisation?s applications - to meet record keeping and / or Legal Hold obligations.
The project defined and created an enterprise data archiving solution to enable applications to either offload their data to enable their continued effective operation, or take all of the relevant data to allow the application to be decommissioned. This solution enabled the transition to GCP as well as helped to reduce the overall cost of keeping data by storing it on inexpensive, flexible cloud storage.

Key Responsibilities:
?Acted as the primary point of contact for management and internal clients, facilitating communication and addressing inquiries - topics such as cost, onboarding, technical specification and reporting.
? Managed and maintained the project?s Jira board, and exercised the general Agile process throughout the lifetime of the app development and during operation - new functionality development and onboarding process. ? Oversaw project resourcing and budget allocation

? Monitored the status of approximately 250 applications (approx 30-50 apps at any given time) during the archiving process.
? Served as the delegate for the internal audit, leading the preparation efforts and providing ongoing support during the audit process.
? Prepared and presented weekly progress and achievement reports to upper management, focusing on key project activities and outcomes.
