• RfP, deployment and integration for a bank-wide, global compliance recording solution of Deutsche Bank

Tasks:

• Management of both projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Both solutions aim to employ public cloud technologies, consuming cloud-native services and establishing inter-service and interapplication communications using APIs.
• Responsible for two project managers as well as for the management and coordination of tasks in close collaboration with a scrum master, 2 product owners, TISOs, BISOs, etc.
• Reporting to senior management of End User Computing and Records Management, Archiving and eDiscovery via a joint Steering Committee as well as via a cross-domain Operations Committee.
