• I hold a PhD in nanoscience and have over 10 years of experience in biomaterials and biomedical research. Leading interdisciplinary projects and collaborating with various partners, I worked internationally in Germany, Denmark, and Turkey. Reflecting my commitment to innovation and professional rigor, I have proudly published numerous scientific papers and submitted a patent throughout my career. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of my field and the institutional structures, I have taken on a wide range of responsibilities, such as maintaining laboratories and devices, being part of budgetary concerns, managing internal and external stakeholders? expectations not to mention guiding and mentoring other team members. To complement my previous experiences, I have recently completed a month-long GMP Training and took online project management courses.
• I am particularly interested in positions within the pharma, biotechnology, and medical device sectors, where I can leverage my analytical skills and hunger for increased efficiency and success to advance pharmaceutical/medical development processes. With my fluency in English (C2) and German (B2), I possess strong communication skills that enable me to excel in cross-departmental and international tasks.
