    • Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, increased sales (nights) by 10% in the first year through a focused brand awareness strategy.
    • From 2021 to October 2022, direct traffic increased by 105.5%, with 95% organic search work (without ads).
    • Google led 60.17% of visitors, surpassing Booking.com.
    • Website sessions increased by 80.2% and views by 94.1%.
    • The hotel restaurant saw over 190,000 new visitors and more than 31,000 direct traffic in the last semester alone, solidifying the brand?s name and awareness.
    • Managed e-mail marketing, social media, and ads (Google and SM), and analyzed SEO content/positions.
  • Territorial Communication Plan: Tourism of Portugal & Spain
    • Led the largest project in my consultancy career: a 620-page Territorial Communication Plan for two regions in Portugal and Spain, aiming to boost tourism and local awareness.
    • Developed a comprehensive strategy that analyzed market conditions, identified strengths and weaknesses, and created a cohesive brand identity through various marketing channels.
    • Implemented multi-faceted marketing actions, including branding, content creation, digital campaigns, and traditional marketing, to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
