• Managing very large SAP landscape over 150 Hosts over 6+ Servers on various flavors.

Here I am working with SPM (Spare Part of Management) Template (Project). SPM is very critical Project of Daimler. It is an aftersales work-relatedProject. Where DAIMLER (Benz) are fulfillment of all customers, orders from planning to delivery as Globe level with some Warehouse in Germany and Europe. Having five PRD Server like SCM, CRM, ECC, BI and PI Systems. Have lots of team, which all are belong to respective system in Landscape. In Project Landscape using multiple tools for Communication and sending data between SAP to SAP and Non-SAP to SAP like APO, CFT/AXWAY, and MQ Admin etc. also Using CPS Redwood Tool for SAP batch Job scheduling.

• System health check activities like File system status, update process status and ABAP Dumps.
• Scheduling and troubleshooting background job problems.
• Providing Developers and Object keys in the Service marketplace as per the user requests.
• Involved in Configured and maintaining transport management system environment, importing transportrequeststo variouslandscapes using STMS.
• User administration like creating,deleting, locking, unlocking and password resetting.
• Creating RFC connections.
• Reviewing Early Watch Alerts (EWA) report generates on a frequency of weekly once. In addition,taking action accordingly forall PRD systemin Landscape.
• Closely check systems all types of alert and ABAP Dumps, System log, WPS, Old locks entries, Update records failure, Database backup andBATCHjobs analysis.
• Monitoring standard SAP background jobs for reorganize various logs like ABAP dumps, Old spoolRequests, Job logs etc.
• Handling all the monitoring tcodes and creating the tickets of the issues which all are related to Technical and Functional issue and follow-up till issue isresolved
• Checking QRFC and taking action accordingly from BASIS end. In addition, also debugging some functional errors queues as well.
• Queue monitoring in PRD, DEV and QAS systems and PLA Monitoring in ECC, SCM systems.
• CPS job chain monitoring and reporting of critical job status to L3 Basis team and application owner.
• Reporting every report L3 on daily basis. Moreover, taking action accordingly. 
• VMC issues analysis in CRM system and reporting of cache issues to Basis L2/L3 team 
• Working RPA team for the automation process of the system from NACOS template.
• Smoke test/ Sanity checks on DEV/QA/PRD systems after maintenance activity.
• Message support in PI system every hour and Process chain monitoring in BI system.
• Prepare EOD reports for issues faced and incidents created to DAIMLER internal team for KPI documentation.
• If required raising request to EDC Team for Start/Stop of SAP Systems and troubleshooting problems with Start/Stop.
• Background Job management, Tracing the Background job Status and restarting the terminated jobs, Scheduled jobsto delete OldBackground Jobs.
• Working on Incidents in-group and keep tracking and update according to priority and requirements.
