I added value to Myroom24 by addressing crucial issues and incorporating missing features that had hindered their launch. Working independently with the product owner, I implemented all requested changes, facilitating the team in successfully launching the product and generating sales on the very first day.

My journey: 
Within my responsibilities at the startup, myroom24, a crucial aspect involved finalizing pending tasks preventing the company from launching their hotel booking platform. My specific task revolved around collaborating and coordinating the implementation of missing features documented on Jira, ensuring their completion within a tight timeframe. This entailed close collaboration with designers and developers to uphold code quality and maintain a clean architectural structure.

In my capacity as a Data Analyst at Horizion, I undertook the responsibility of analyzing extensive datasets collected over multiple years. Through this analysis, I unearthed valuable insights to enhance customer conversion rates and identified key performance indicators (KPIs) crucial for future establishment. Employing widely-adopted industry-standard technologies like Python3, Pandas, and Matplotlib, I conducted data analysis and visualization.

My secondary role in the project involved integrating a Large Language Model (LLM) based application to augment the user experience on the company's website. This integration was facilitated using langchain, an abstraction framework layer that interfaces with LLMs such as OpenAI's ChatGPT.

The contributions I brought include elevating Body Culture Group's Customer Conversion Rate by 10%, resulting in a proportional rise in new subscriptions and increased sales. I also released an NPM package, garnering 10,000 installations due to its practical utility. Additionally, I developed a customized AI-powered chatbot that efficiently handles customer-related tasks, leading to a notable 43% reduction in support staff costs.

My journey: 

Under the support of the EXIST program by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, my friend Erik and I received 50,000 Euros for our startup venture. Together, we developed FamiliyTodoey, a real-time TodoApp tailored for families. The app addressed the common parental challenge of reminding children about household chores. FamiliyTodoey allowed easy task assignment and push notifications on the native iOS app.

Guidance from our high school computer science teacher aided us in overcoming technical hurdles in system architecture and data storage design. After submitting the proposal, FamiliyTodoey gained initial traction, amassing over 10,000 downloads within the first two months of its release in the German Apple Store. Despite marketing budget constraints and developmental challenges, the app's initial release on the App Store brought valuable feedback from early users. Our experience with FamiliyTodoey inspired us to explore more entrepreneurial endeavors and continue our pursuit of innovative solutions.
