    • Negotiated resolution of long standing commercial impasse with two customers (one African one North American) allowing successful re-introduction of a number of held Engines back into the repair cycle, freeing up assets for the customer and providing revenue of USD 4 Million to MTU-Maintenance GmbH.
    • Led Investigations to conclusion on two customer Engines that were damaged by external events and ensured all reports were to a standard to withstand third party insurer and legal scrutiny, conducted Stakeholder Management and reporting of progress of investigation to the same, whilst protecting MTU-BB commercial and reputational interests.

      • Negotiated resolution of long standing commercial impasse with two customers (one African one North American) allowing successful re-introduction of a number of held Engines back into the repair cycle, freeing up assets for the customer and providing revenue of USD 4 Million to MTU-Maintenance GmbH.
      • Led Investigations to conclusion on two customer Engines that were damaged by external events and ensured all reports were to a standard to withstand third party insurer and legal scrutiny, conducted Stakeholder Management and reporting of progress of investigation to the same, whilst protecting MTU-BB commercial and reputational interests.
