Reporting to Vice President Customers. Responsible for leading multi national teams over multiple locations in the delivery of R-R goods and services to a wide ranging portfolio of major Airlines in Africa. Annual portfolio revenue stream of C. USD 36 Million in 2017, rising to C. USD 55.2 Million by Dec 2019.

Mentoring Senior Staff in the Engine Repair and Overhaul Facility. Influencing a further 150 EgyptAir Engine Repair and Overhaul (R&O) personnel, Reporting to the EAMS Board of Directors. Responsible for leading a team of EgyptAir personnel for deploying and ensuring the following in the R&O facility.

Leading multiple Integrated Project Teams across various European locations and specialisations, including Engineering, Technical Services, Quality and Supply Chain. Reporting to the Customer Responsiveness Executive. Responsible for driving projects to resolution on high impact issues affecting Aircraft Fleets, meeting key project milestones committed to the Customer base.

5 direct local reportees including Customer Service Representatives, Production Support team and Logistics team. Leading a further 2 managerial personnel and their teams. Reporting to the IAE VP, Toulouse and R-R Toulouse SVP. Responsilities: leading a team across two Airbus Final Assembly Line locations in Europe (Hamburg and Toulouse) and one in China (Tianjin) and managing the relationship with supplier United Technology Aerospace.
