After submitting my PhD thesis, I assumed senior roles in my lab, where I excelled in several key areas. This included training fellow lab members in innovative techniques to ensure the continuity of my work upon my departure. I led a collaborative research project involving colleagues from both Germany and the UK, demonstrating my ability to navigate international collaborations effectively. Additionally, I served as the go-to data analysis expert for numerous projects, primarily utilizing Python and Spotfire. Furthermore, I took responsibility for overseeing all regulated procedures in our German Lab. Despite being offered a senior position in the UK lab, I declined the opportunity due to my decision to transition into the industry

I managed a substantial animal facility, overseeing the well-being, care, and documentation of the animals. Additionally, I contributed to the data analysis of a published project, offering valuable insights. Engaging in critical analysis of colleagues' projects and data, I rotated through various assignments. Furthermore, I authored a manuscript, a project I initiated during my Master?s and continued to develop thereafter.
