- Led the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing (printing and decoration),
with Arnsberg chosen as the pilot location. This was part of a group-wide decision,
with other locations set to follow the same integration path after the successful
completion of the pilot.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR) & BPMN: Utilized Business Process Model and
Notation (BPMN) to map and streamline Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay
(P2P) processes, optimizing operational efficiency.
- SAP FICO Integration: Worked closely with an SAP consultant to support the
integration of SAP FICO modules, enhancing financial consolidation, cost center

accounting, and profitability analysis, while ensuring robust and compliant
financial reporting.
- Test Management & Quality Assurance (QA): Worked alongside the Test Manager
to define test cases and manage integration testing using SAP Solution Manager,
ensuring system validation and data accuracy.
- Agile Project Methodology: Implemented Agile practices with sprints and backlog
grooming. Led retrospectives to analyze sprint outcomes, identify process
improvements, and optimize team performance.
- Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting: Collaborated with an SAP Analytics Cloud
specialist to design real-time dashboards in SAP and BI reports, enabling datadriven decision-making and strategic insights for stakeholders.
