Online Euro Credit Loans (OEC) are loans with only one disbursement and exactly one interest payment at the end together with the repayment of the received capital. There are no interest payments in-between. At present there are about 4.600 loans booked in Luxemburg with a volume of approximately 7.3 bn EUR-counter value. About 3.300 customers are served. OEC are granted to the customer on the basis of a credit contract which was agreed by UniCredit Bank AG and the customer. The risk is at any time with UniCredit Bank AG.

• The Investment Committee (IVC) is the body within CIB, that decides on request for credits to be given to customers. This application supports the process of the IC Meeting by allowing sales to enter new credit proposals including all required documents, by planning the meeting and by facilitating the communication of meeting decisions.
• eOrderbook is a web based book building application used by internal and external sales users for primary market bond issuances. It can be accessed from the intranet and internet. eOrderbook covers the following typical workflow/use case: When UniCredit is mandated lead manager of a new bond issue, the bond data will be entered in the eOrderbook application. When the subscription period starts the book will be opened, meaning users can place orders (purchase  intentions) for that particular bond on behalf of their customers. After closing the book the orders will be allocated by UniCredit syndicate users. The application provides some calculation utilities for this allocation process. When the book is allocated all data will be archived for later analysis or reporting. 
• eMarketAdvisor is a portal to provide all results of the analyst teams to internal and external customers. Thereby the eMarketadvisor portal is accessible in the Unicredit intranet as well as the internet. With more than 160 analysts in 13 locations around the globe, UniCredit Research helps to form the UniCredit group?s vision in relation to macroeconomic scenarios and the financial markets. Furthermore, UniCredit Research supports clients in the development of investment plans, the strategic and tactical asset allocation of financial investments, security selection and risk management.
