• I covered 8 German Enterprise customers.
• My role was to consult the different project teams of these customers to optimize their outcome of the Microsoft 365 Enterprise licenses they subscribed for. 
• A focus was laid on the interoperability of the different workloads being part of the suites.

• In all the years working in Microsoft Fasttrack Center I was part of the virtual Team for knowhow transfer and mentorship for new colleagues.

• Head of a countrywide team of 10 consultants for knowledge deployment, sales support and project coaching of Microsoft Windows 2000

• Member of the rollout team for the second release of a Client/Server software project at a German logistics provider

• Project-Manager for planing and installation of the NT-based IT environment in a dedicated department of a Germany bank
  • Starting in November 1995 I was the responsible project-manager for development of the new NT-Network for this customer. Because this department of the customer was the first going to NT while the central services of the customer still ran under OS/2 the definition of the interfaces in-between was the main part in the first months of the project.
  • My part in this phase of the project was the definition of all these interfaces.
  • Further on in this project I had a team of 3 system-engineers making all the concepts for implementation and the maintenance of the network.
  • During the implementation of the hard- and software I was responsible for about 8 to 12 technicians.
  • Later on I worked as third level for the maintenance team
• Member of the Selling-Team for the IT-Outsourcing of German telecommunication provider
  • From January 1997 to May 1997 I was member of the Selling-Team for the IT-Outsourcing. In this project several companies of the debis Systemhaus were involved. Our part was the complete Intel-based decentralized IT-infrastructure.
  • During this selling-phase my task was to plan the timescale and the proceeding of the concept- and implementation-phase.
• Project-Manager for the IT-concept of a German telecommunication provider
  • For the development of the concepts for implementation and maintenance of the new IT-infrastructure I build up an team of 5 consultants. Besides my responsibilities of being the contact person for the customer I had to make decision-proposals for the introduction of Banyan Streettalk as the over-all directory-service in comparison to Microsoft NT-Domain-Model and secondly for the replacement of Microsoft Mail into Microsoft Exchange as the main communication-platform.
  • In that position I was involved in the definition of the Service Level Agreements for the outsourcing of the complete decentralized IT-maintenance.
  • During the complete concept-phase I was responsible for the budget-planning and -controlling.
• Project-Manager for the rollout of the new IT-environment in the main locations of German telecommunication provider
  • For the rollout in the main locations I build up a team of 5 groups. In every group there one system-engineer as leader and 7 technicians

Microsoft Windows NT BackOffice

• During this year I was responsible for articles published in MC about general scientific topics and IBM OS/2

• Project Member of the German Antarctic Receiving Station
  • I was member of the technical team for building and testing of the German Antarctic Receiving Station. 
  • Besides controlling the building process in Germany, I was part of team building up the station in Antarctica during March till May 1991.
• Project member of the team for the designing the Sciamachy satellite
  • As member of this team I worked in Oberpfaffenhofen and Boston. 
  • Here I was member of the team of scientist as the Smithsonian Institute for Astrophysics.
