With over 7 years of experience leading global SAP projects, I spearheaded the full development lifecycle of mymediSet, including upgrades from ECC to S/4HANA and from S/4HANA to a Fiori application on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). I got involved in the complete lifecycle of product development and delivery starting from requirements gathering, design, development, and testing to ensure successful project delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction. During all these developments, we focused on performance optimization, scalability, and maintaining a clean core architecture aligned with business goals. Customer: Johnson & Johnson
Tasks:
- Worked on various projects across regions including LATAM, US, and Canada, with a current focus on Magellan project.
- Successfully launched Magellan in Switzerland and the UK; ongoing implementations in Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
- Engaged with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal solutions integrated with MyMediSet.
Customer: Alphatec
Tasks:
- Delivering mobile and Fiori apps with backend GUI support for MyMediSet.
- Successfully led the US go-live in early 2024, ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness and minimal disruption to business processes.
- Delivered on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders and overcoming technical challenges to meet all compliance and performance metrics.

- Played diverse roles across multiple projects, all centered around the implementation and support of MyMediSet.
- Applied a structured implementation plan for MyMediSet across various client projects.
Customer: LiveSync (Internal Product)
Tasks:
- Worked for the integration of MyMediSet with Terso (RFID-enabled cabinet hardware) cloud systems, enabling real-time inventory updates for hospitals in this B2B SaaS solution.
- Designed and implemented the architecture to ensure seamless communication between these systems, allowing hospitals to efficiently manage and access inventory data anytime.
