Large project across multiple countries where VEON operates to completely replace billing, charging and all front end systems.
Project in Georgia where I started as solution architect was the first to go live successfully. Extremely small timeframes (9 months) and huge scope that affected every customer process presented a big challenge. Further deliveries significantly increased solution complexity
In Ukraine project as Chief solution architect I was in charge of architect / analyst team and ensured solution from requirement gathering to successful golive and operations.
I defined solutions in multiple areas incl. Cashbox and Stock management, CTI/IVR/CRM integrations, MNP, CRM to Charging integration, billing and invoicing with local tax specifics, web front end system (selfservice, online shop, management tool for operators). Developed integration specification for internal and 3PP systems.
Prepared and managed cutover plan between old and new stacks. Provided extensive trainings to customer team.
Developed documentation for customer and internal use: HLD, LLD.
Interacted with customer to collect requirements on multiple workshops, also collaborated with internal developers to assist implementation and with testing team to ensure quality and correct interpretation of requirements.

Public sector application that allows citizens and businesses to claim tax returns on various state supported programs e.g. electro cars.
Implementation of this project allowed to unify existing business processes and speed up processing of tax applications (1.5 year -> 2 months).
Supports easily customizable workflow manager that allows to set states, documents and data model required for each tax return program.
As project team leader I developed the core of the application (ASP.Net, SQL Server, WCF), managed other developers, implemented integration with in-house document storage system via CMIS protocol.

As a frontend architect I analyzed customer requirements and designed overall TopUp flow.
