Der Teamaufbau und durch die tolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern wurde die SW in mehreren Projekten in Afrika ausgerollt.
Die Rolle geht über das eigentliche Projektmanagement hinaus und beinhaltet von der Lösungsausarbeitung über den Angebotsprozess bis hin zum Rollout und Customer Care alle Facetten eines SW Deployment Projektes.
Durch den Aufbau des PMO's wurde eine Transparenz über den Zustand der unterschiedlichen Projekte geschaffen, um zukünftig fundiertere Entscheidungen für die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens zu schaffen.

Transformed engineering processes to enhance cross-business communication, technology innovation, business adoption and IT service levels. Oversaw daily operations of two acquired Telecommunication companies (Accuris and Voltdelta) with offices in Munich, London, and Dublin. The customers were the big CSP?s Communication Service Providers like Deutsche Telekom, AT&T, British Telekom, and Etisalat to name a view only. Executed a full portfolio from people management, operational customer delivery, Profit and Loss accountability, vendor management, new developments and engineering.
1999 - 2018: Global Services Delivery Automation

Earned promotion into role following continued success in progressive roles, from Project Manager to Team lead Nokia Offices and Acquisitions to Head of Global Services Delivery Automation. Directed technology operations and infrastructure teams and for technology transformation and technology division restructure and realignment while administrating a business budget of ?5.3M and IT budget of ?4.2M. Developed Customer RFP Solution with focus on Managed Services cases. Identified the need and delivered innovative strategies for upcoming trends and related transformation into the Global Delivery. Centralised drive test processing and enabled Nokia Performance Manager for Managed Services and Network Planning and Optimization needs and related ownership with Product line streams. Directed technology operations and infrastructure teams for technology transformation. Developed the Global Services vision 2020-2025 for the Leadership Team.
