Conducted change management regarding collaboration with internal and external DB service providers (Accenture, DB KT) within the project to improve communication and process flows. ? Developed and orchestrated a modus operandi for collaboration with other DB business units (DB Netz, DB Station & Service). ? Introduced an optimized process to increase throughput and task completion rates at the team level. ? Implemented a reporting governance system, including a new reporting structure at the subproject level for information processing using Jira & Excel. ? Prepared monthly reporting & reviews for the overall project manager. ? Created forecasts. ? Provided methodology training to the project team. ? Prepared and distributed work packages.

Preparation of an intercompany booking template for import into SAP and administration of the service provider to change the booking logic

Creation of process documentation and development of workshops to train internal employees regarding the new processes
Transfer of process responsibility to the new internal process owners
