Managed NPI projects from initiation to delivery of final qualification package and transition into production for complex structural and rotating parts of aero-engine compression/turbine stages. Coordinated internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Conducted gathering and analysis of metallurgical and dimensional data results. Monitored and controlled project compliance with baselines; identifying and implementing recovery actions to ensure overall project success. Directed high-performing team and confirmed seamless execution of tasks and compliance with set regulations.

• Oversaw numerical modelling projects utilising FEM-based ProCast? Suite software to support production continuous improvement and NPI projects, resulting in significant cost savings through reduced physical trials;
• Provided expertise in investment casting modelling, forming and training team members in certain domain;
• Spearheaded introduction of process numerical modelling (stress, thermal, fluid dynamic FEM analysis) as a key tool for new product development, achieving average savings of 30-40% in time and costs per project;
