Preparation of High Level and Low Level FTTH

  • Preparation of High Level and Low Level FTTH designs for Glasfaser Plus and Deutsche Telekom projects
  • Generating the HLD document after performing multiple tasks which includes validation of address list, planning the trenches & drillings by referring the Alkis data & existing trenches in the project area, planning the Distribution Area by evaluating number & type of service location and splitter & fiber requirements, identifying the cost effective and convenient location for placing the Distribution Point (DP/NVT) and POP/HVT

Identified the activities to be performed, pre-requisites and deliverable of the project. Performed effort estimation, drafted run sheet and work instruction
  • Identified the automation scope, conducted multiple sessions and ramp up the team
  • Conducted daily Operational Meetings and presented weekly Governance Reports to clients
