We help this company digitise its business by transferring complex business processes that involve many manual tasks into the Microsoft Power platform. We collect the requirements from the different business areas, calculate their business cases and develop the processes in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. My main role in this project is that of project manager, but I am also involved as Power Platform Solution Architect.

I am responsible for the initiation and management of key customer projects with existing and new customers as well as for the implementation of the projects. My core competencies are mainly in the area of digital transformation. Internally, I lead a team of 9 Microsoft 365 consultants with a strong focus on Power Platform development.

In this project I help digitizing the procurement process. The main challenge was to implement a complex approval workflow where many roles with different tasks as well as permissions were involved.

This project is about the introduction of the Power Platform at Kion. I am active as a change manager and trainer to spread the word about the Power Platform and its possibilities at Kion and to enable employees to digitalize and automate their own processes with the help of the Power Platform.

In this project a new intranet is developed using SharePoint Online and Valo. Furthermore, content needs to be migrated from the old intranet (SharePoint On-Premises) to the new one. I am responsible for the whole implementation including setting up the site and permission structure as well as the migration. I am also responsible in training the future admins of the new intranet.

In this project I develop a solution that handles escalations that come from different systems like SAP, Salesforce and Service Now. The connection to those system is also the biggest challenge, but working together with the teams we now have a solution running that is being used by about 2000-3000 employees.

The State Theater Magdeburg wants to move its HCL Notes mailboxes to the cloud and start using the main tools M365 offers (Teams, SharePoint, Office tools). My task was managing the project as well as creating and setting up the new tenant in a way that it complies to data privacy policies. Furthermore I was responsible for the import of the mailboxes to Exchange Online.

My task was to develop the Power Apps Canvas App "Engineering Change Requests", which allows every employee at Kion to request engineering changes to their products. Subsequently, a process starts, which in the best case leads to a change. The challenge was that a connection to read as well as write into SAP had to be created. This was ultimately accomplished using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps. The app's data resides in both SAP and SharePoint Online lists.

My role was project management as well as development of the Power Apps Canvas App including Qlik report "Decarbonization". The app simplifies the management of suppliers and helps to collect data on environmental aspects and serves the goal of CO2 neutrality in the entire supply chain. A dashboard was created using QlikView to analyze the data, which is also used for reporting. All data is stored in SharePoint Online lists. Power Automate was used to create an authorization structure that ensures that only the suppliers' managers can edit the data.

The goal of the project was to create a new intranet based on SharePoint Online. I was mainly responsible for the development. This included Github solutions such as the Modern Script Editor Web Part, which allows the integration of HTML, CSS and Javascript on modern SharePoint pages and thus a user-defined development. In addition, Canvas Apps were integrated, and automations were developed with Power Automate, which ensure the desired complex authorization structure.

My task was to analyze the Lotus Notes landscape with the goal of a later migration to the Power Platform. Data was collected for all applications and interviews were conducted with the responsible persons to record all requirements and to evaluate them in terms of effort and feasibility with the Power Platform.

My task was to develop the Power Apps Canvas App including the Power BI Dashboard "Linde Fleet Scan", which is used to manage and optimize vehicle fleets. The challenge was to combine the different tools Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI and to link the data from different databases like Dataverse and SQL Server. 

My task was to develop the Power Apps Canvas App "EHS Statement". This app simplifies the process of approving internal construction projects regarding safety, health and environmental aspects. All data is stored in SharePoint online lists. The challenge was especially that 5 departments - thus also 5 different processes - had to be mapped in one app. With the help of a requirements workshop at the beginning, all requirements were identified, which were then prioritized and implemented one after the other in sprints. Today, the app leads to a time saving of 15h / week within the departments, whereby the initial costs are amortized after approx. 2 years.

The goal of the project was to create a new intranet based on SharePoint Online and Valo. I was mainly responsible for the development. This included setting up the whole Valo framework on SharePoint Online as well as configuring the new Intranet with a focus on the permission structure.
