• Responsible for scaling the team of the leading corporate company builder:
• Hiring & Onboarding of Founders & Senior Managers,
• overall strategic & organizational development (company grew from 30 to 95 people in 12 months)

Part of the management board for leading E-Commerce company for gifts (company grew from 25 to 120 employees)

• Development of the supply chain with 4 warehouses serving 13 European countries with own online shops (e.g. regalos.es, regali.it)
• Responsible for all logistics for 500.000 orders in 2016 (up 250 %)
• Responsible for all Financial activities of the company (Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, BI, Investors relations; 30 Mio. Budget)

• Building and leading the supply chain of tailor-made clothing company for men (shirts, suits and accessories) with innovative approach
• Established 3 own brands and acquired 6 renowned partner brands (e.g. Van Laack, Eton)
• Developed an algorithm resulting in a questionnaire that allowed us to produce based on descriptions (e.g. height) rather than physical measurements
• Hired and onboarded team of 14 with 6 direct reports

• 3 years of financial consulting for the German government, Responsible for assessing large projects in Latin America (e.g. public insurance for new hydro-power plants)
