Tasks: Business development of local Team from India, Pakistan, Indonesia advisory and training, skill development. IT Infrastructure Service and Operations setup of Organization and setup of Quality Processes for Customers like: Porsche (middle east), Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC, Microsoft and HP. Cooperation development between different stakeholder in Dubai, India, China and Africa
Phase 1: A new Infrastructure Platform like Datacenter's, Server, Network and Storage had to be designed, sized, purchased, installed and implemented.My role/task: Architecture, Sizing and support of the EU-Tendering Process. Implementation and Go Live of the new Infrastructure Platform.
Phase 2: The move/migration of Applications and Services has to be coordinated in time/budget and quality. All Applications (110 Apps like SAP IS-U, BW, HR with various side Appl., WEB Apps, Windows/ Linux based Apps, SQL and Oracle DBs, various Archive Systems, Clustered Solution, critical Infrastructure Setup) to provide and operate an Energy Providing Company had to be migrated/moved from Vattenfall to Stromnetz Hamburg.My role as In-carving Manager is to coordinate time, quality and functionality of Apps. With the right resources for migration task. From test phase to production (go Live) status.
Phase 3: New/ Change of Client Infrastructure. Vendor Setup of Stromnetz Client Image, Software Portfolio cleaning, Rollout Planning for 1297 Clients. Communication activities for Client/ Printer Rollout. Network reengineering (LAN/WAN and W-LAN) from Vattenfall to Stromnetz Hamburg. Additional tasks: File / Home drive Migration and MS-Exchange Migration.My role as Project Manager: Responsible to coordinate all tasks and parties. Project Setup, coordination of different tasks,Keeping track of techn. Functions and Rollout activities, communication to Project Lead and Business Stakeholder till end-user community.Project Tools: MS SharePoint 2010 for int/ext usage, Themis Document Management and Confluence as Knowledge Wiki.The Project Volume: app. 350 Persons on Vattenfall and 60 on Stromnetz Hamburg site.
