With the right resources for migration task. From test phase to production (go Live) status.

Phase 3: New/ Change of Client Infrastructure. Vendor Setup of Stromnetz Client Image, Software Portfolio cleaning, Rollout Planning for 1297 Clients. Communication activities for Client/ Printer Rollout. Network reengineering (LAN/WAN and W-LAN) from Vattenfall to Stromnetz Hamburg. Additional tasks: File / Home drive Migration and MS-Exchange Migration.My role as Project Manager: Responsible to coordinate all tasks and parties.
