The customer is a global Swiss industrial group with the market leadership in the oil and gas sectors as well as energy and water. As part of a change in IT strategy, a highly secure, geo-redundant data center was introduced to operate all group-wide IT services with a total of 700 complex IT systems. The project team was set up to implement a private cloud solution in partnership with Microsoft, Cisco and Hitachi and outsource support to an offshore center. Defining processes, SOP descriptions, facilitating workshops with customer and service provider to hand over DC operations
