Processes in scope for act! implementation are: Market to Customer, Customer to Order, Order to Cash, Service to Close, Purchase to Pay, Finance to Manage, Rental to Return (light version), Accounts to Report, Invest to Divest, Operational and Financial Reporting, and Projects to realize for the Customer Centers and Master Data Management. Establishing of Financial Service Center Organization including related KPI's and Reporting System.

As part of Program Management team and PMO Lead, I was responsible to secure the onsite End-2-End delivery of the whole Program scope provided by 15 different teams. That includes the delivery of project results throughout all project phases - the project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure and the responsibility for management of customer stakeholders.

For SAP VCM Program Infosys was selected as the deployment partner for rolling out the SAP VCM solution to Bombardier’s sites by using Global Delivery Model (GDM) approach with Onsite/Offshore components. The GDM concept utilizes the VCM Deployment Factory to deliver the projects using the industrialized and standardized deployment approach for VCM rollouts.
