"[...] Der Projektleiter verfügt über sehr gutes Projektmanagement-Wissen und nahm die Rolle des Senior-Projektleiters innerhalb kürzester Zeit vollumfänglich ein. Aufgrund seiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe gelang es ihm, sich das für seine jeweilige Aufgabe erforderliche bankfachliche Know-how anzueignen. Im Rahmen seiner Projektleitungstätigkeit hat er verschiedene Bankbereiche kennen gelernt und sich ein umfassendes Fachwissen aufgebaut. Der Projektleiter zeichnete sich durch eine sehr selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus. Hierbei berücksichtigte er auch die unternehmerischen Ziele und brachte eigene Ideen ein. Wir haben ihn als einen sehr zuverlässigen und pflichtbewussten Mitarbeiter kennen gelernt, der ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein besitzt. Seine mitdenkende Art, ein gesundes Selbstvertrauen und ein klares Urteilsvermögen befähigen ihn zu selbstverantwortlichem Handeln. Mit seinen Leistungen waren wir in jeder Hinsicht stets voll zufrieden. Der Berater war aufgrund seiner Aufgeschlossenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft bei Vorgesetzten und Kollegen gleichermaßen geschätzt und anerkannt.
