07.2005 - 09.2005  Project Migration Control-SA R&V Versicherung
• Migration to a newer version of Control-SA should be considered. The project was planned for three months. Through optimization of project phases, it was ended within four weeks successfully. R&V evaluated this project as very successful.

01.2005 - 06.2005  Project Control-SA (Security Management) Postbank AG / BMC Software GmbH
• All 12,000 Users of SAP, UNIX, Lotus Notes, Windows, Oracle, and RACF should be centrally managed. Within nine months, I had my job as a consultant for the implementation of account takeover perceived from all systems. Control-SA was installed on a SUN four-node cluster.

06.2004 - 12.2004  Project City Hanover Patrol / BMC Software GmbH
• Within this project City, Hanover planned to monitor all the SAP systems, MS Outlook server, Unix, and Windows Server centrally monitored. My task consisted in connecting SAP systems to monitor the key application of BMC (Patrol).

03.2004 - 05.2004  PSO Project Workflow (Remedy) BMC Software GmbH
• The management of projects of the Professional Services at BMC had to be realized by functions of Remedy as a new application. This task was done on behalf of Remedy Suite 5.1.

11.2003 - 02.2004  Project Control-SA (Identity Management) / KFW (Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau) / BMC Software GmbH
• Account management for several AIX 5.1 servers, Windows Active Directory, MS Outlook, and RACF. The project was evaluated as very successful by customer. My job was the implementation of the BMC associated products.

 

05.2003 - 10.2003 Project Patrol DWS (German securities specialists, Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt) / BMC Software GmbH

• My job was at the beginning installing of monitoring of Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory Server, MS-SQL Server, and IBM Windows cluster machines to allow. Automatic notification to administrators via email and SMS was planed as part of the project. Following the successful implementation of the project, I could DWS convince to monitor UNIX and Oracle servers by Patrol as well. This led to a follow-up contract for BMC Software, which was executed.

02.2003 - 04.2003  Yves Rocher Project Patrol / BMC Software GmbH
• Several UNIX servers (HP-UX), Windows 2000 Server and a Lotus Notes server should be monitored. The administrators should also be trained to work with  Knowledge modules and later to be able to develop their applications. My task consisted of connecting and configuring all the servers and compliance training for administrators. The project was evaluated as very successful by Yves Rocher AG.

06-2002 - 12.2002  SUN Project Factory DTCSM / BMC Software GmbH
• All local SUN servers of the German Telekom distributed nationwide in 120 offices had to be monitored by SUN Patrol Knowledge Module. Central distribution SUN packages made it possible. My task consisted of compiling the SUN packages, and deployment of scripts to automatically install after the distribution of the SUN packages. The project was realized in Münster and managed. Another task consisted of monitoring of 13 productive SAP systems by Patrol Knowledge Module for SAP. This task was also done centrally in Münster.

07.2001 - 12.2001  Project Patrol Federal Labor / BMC Software GmbH
• Multiple HP-UNIX, Windows and MS-SQL servers are under surveillance Patrol connected. Distribution to all offices nationwide has taken place.

03.2001 - 06.2001  Project INS2000 Ruhrgas AG / BMC Software GmbH
• SAP and UNIX systems at Ruhrgas AG in Essen had to be centrally monitored. My job was on behalf of SAP and UNIX administrators to install and configure the Knowledge Modules after their wish. After a test installation, all productive systems were connected under a console to be monitored.

01.1996 - 12.1999  Project SAP GK / debis Systemhaus AG
• Following the decision of our key customers (German Telekom), there should be a local installation of SAP R / 3 at the debris. This should be seen as a reference machine used to simulate the old applications in SAP. The responsibility for the installation, development, and administration of SAP and Oracle DB is transferred to me. A thesis of FH Darmstadt was Hosted by me within the project. The topic was: All data and communication interfaces in SAP. This work was rated as very good by FH Darmstadt.

09.1992 - 12-1995  Project VUS-GK / debis Systemhaus AG
• SD of German Telekom. A large project realized by 120 persons over 5 years. Within this project, customer information was held in three levels of central, local and office. Central data were on the mainframe ( DB2, CICS, and Cobol programs). Local data were presented at UNISYS with Informix database and PC. All systems communicated by interface programs. My tasks were within three years developing the system and interface programs in UNIX (C, SQL, Shell), Mainframe (C, COBOL, CICS)
