Project manager on behalf of the Millennium Challenge Cooperation - Washington in the context of a large-scale project at the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).

The project is a fundamental prerequisite for budget allocation and capital equipment for ECG of US$400mill and has the following tasks.

Expert guidance and control of the international teams of consultants for all costs incurred in the project activities.

• Professional and technical optimization of business processes, as well as the remodeling processes in BPMN under ERP aspects;
• Definition of professionally-content requirements for the implementation of a fully integrated ERP system for the fully integrated picture of the value chain;
• Evaluation of the structure and organization, as well as examination of the technical and procedural requirements for the design of new business processes for a new ERP and HCM system
• Analysis of the existing IT architecture and interfaces to external software used for the areas of maintenance, new projects and construction projects, materials management as well as project implementation along the entire value-added chain.
• Creating test environments, test concept, test data for functional acceptance
• Preparation of the migration concept for the districts
• Creation of training documents and application aids
• Tendering and selection of a suitable ERP system for requirements
• Tendering and selection of an implementation partner for selected ERP system
• Monitoring of the country-wide ERP system implementation in 80 districts, 16 regions and in the group's headquarters and outstations.

The DPWH has established a number of teams to support the implementation of a Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) including:

• eNGAS and eBudget Core Teams to support the rollout and training of version 2.1 of the systems to the remaining DEOs; and
• A Finance Service Business Improvement and Implementation Project (BIIP) Team to support BPR of key financial processes;
• Five BTMS teams to support the deployment and rollout of that system at three pilot sites.

Involved in the review of existing business processes inclusive of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the key financial processes in all Offices of the DPWH. Development the specifications and requirements for an Enterprise Resource Planning system - the so-called BTMS, which addresses finance and human resource requirements. The key deliverables under this activity are:

• The preparation of a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) As-Is Assessment and Report for the key financial management processes of the Department;
• The BPR To-Be Analysis Report for the key financial management processes; and
• A Data Migration Plan to identify the data models, structures required to migrate data from existing financial systems to either the BTMS, and/or an alternative ERP.

SAP S4 / Hana, SAP SCM, MM, SRM Advisor and Business Process Analyst: Supporting the Consultant teams and the technical side in all activities in the project: "Detailed Concept of an ERP system on a cloud basis for the procurement cross-section service of the Federal Republic and the federal government ", based on S4 / Hana for a 5-6 digit number of users with the following specifications:

• professional and technical optimization of the business processes documented in EPK, as well as remodelling the processes in BPMN under SAP S4 / Hana aspects
• Definition of technical and content requirements for the implementation of a fully integrated SAP ERP system for fully integrated mapping of procurement processes
• Strategic-functional analysis of the operated ERP systems in the federal authorities
• Evaluation of the current IT landscape as well as existing IoT and cloud services in the Procurement environment of the federal government
• Analysis and prioritization of requirements from functional work processes and processes technical interfaces to departments / authorities in the above areas
• Assignment of strategic requirements to the modules of the SAP ERP system and Subject-specific content of the module landscape
• Support in the development of detailed business processes under Consideration of an IT Framework Architecture (SAP ERP Module)
• Strategic consulting in the creation of a detailed conception
• Development of a master data strategy taking into account the processes, Requirements and organizational structures

Project STOP due to the ongoing coalition negotiation in 2018 forming a functional German Government and the in consequence missing federal budget

Coaching and support of the specialist side in all project activities involved in the project "Transfer of the workflow management system from Lotus Notes to SAP BPM-PO", in particular:

• Technical optimization of the WFM business processes defined in Lotus Notes and transferred in ARIS under SAP BPM / PO aspects
• Creation of the more advanced professional requirements documents for SAP developers incl.
  
  • Description Technical program sequence including business rules
  • Mask designing (overlapping and workflows specific)
  • Roles and authorizations
  • Workflow-spreading data model

Assessment of the structure and process organization as well as the investigation of the technical and procedural requirements for the design of new business processes for a new ERP and HCM system - taking into account the existing IT architecture and the interfaces to the external software used for the production and project implementation along the entire value chain

• Analysis and documentation of market and business requirements
• Conduct business analysis
• Verification of actual and definition of target processes, workflow management Process modelling (eEPK and BPMN)
• Specification of functional requirements in coordination with providers
• Review the technical and technical specifications of data delivery and interface requirements

Institutional Assessment of the organisation and Investigation into the technical, financial and HR requirements and development of a Blueprint for a new ERP system including the basic functionality of SAP FI/CA including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA to enable Erongo Red to not only management their daily affairs, but with emphasis of handling of their capital projects and their human resources.
