  • Delivered above-expected sales of 10% & increased unit profitability at the height of the financial crisis in 2014 at Watts Industries UK
  • Successfully absorbed three separate businesses into one (Watts, Black Teknigas & Electrocontrols)
  • Introduced three new product lines into the Building Management Systems sector, increasing turnover from £ 58k to 380k in 12 months
  • Introduced Lean principles into modernising product lines and speeding up manufacturing practices (Powerseat gas safety shut off valve).
