Since 2011 I work with agile teams and manage Agile Transformations. Since 2016 I practice ?Objectives and Key Results (OKR)? because I believe it covers the most important aspects of Business Agility such as alignment around a shared vision, development and execution the right strategy, focusing on things that matter and collaborate around measurable outcomes to learn and adapt along the way.
Other than that I'm enthusiastic about Organisational Development, Agile Product Development, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Practices, (Online) Workshop Facilitation, Liberating Structures, Management 3.0., Working Out Loud, Flight Levels, Systemic Coaching, Remote Working.

I am a very curious person who loves to learn and try out new things. Luckily during my professional life I?ve worked in different business areas and functions and took over many different roles depending on the needs of the organisation. With every new assignment I had the chance to learn a whole lot of new things.
Today I profit from this wide variety of cross-discipline knowledge when applying my in-depth knowledge. As Coach I help teams with impulses and examples depending on their context. Thanks to these ?Comb Shaped Skills? I?m able to speak their language, understand their challenges and ask the ?right? questions.
