• Leading a large scale global program (100+ team size, budget: 20Mio€) to develop new Retail planning applications (Store / DC forecasting, Merchandise Planning, Promotion Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocation Management) leveraging Consumer Activity Repository (CAR) on HANA Big Data platform. Tasks included the set-up of program/project organization including the scaling of Scrum for international distributed teams, release & milestone planning, Sprint planning, communication matrix up to C-Level, Agile program/project reporting, stakeholder management, risk management, IT budget planning & controlling, issue tracking and resolution as well as optimization activities thru Scrum retrospectives.
• Defining and Implementing a co-innovation model with 4 leading customers of the Fashion Industry (Adidas, Giorgio Armani, Luxottica, Tommy Hilfiger) to develop a new vertically integrated Fashion Management Solution (FMS) powered by SAP HANA. Tasks included the set-up and negotiation of the co-innovation contract, the collaboration & communication structure between SAP and the Consortium in an Agile development environment, the introduction of Design Thinking in the product definition process, internal and external program status reporting on C-level, Budget planning and control, change management, issue and escalation management as well as approval and acceptance process of shipments / product releases.
• Quality Manager and Scrum Master for SAP’s Agriculture Solution Responsible for the quality planning and quality assurance of the whole program; scrum master of one scrum team as well as reconciling impediments on program level and getting them resolved
