    The work was focused on broadening the company’s offering with a SW-based portfolio,
    including cloud-based SaaS which was successfully presented at the International
    Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam, September 2018. Member of the Executive
    Management Team and responsible for driving and coordinating the company’s annual
    strategy project 2017 and 2018.

  • From June 2016 to September 2017, Interim VP R&D at Edgeware AB. The assignment
    comprised revision and management of the R&D organization while adapting the product
    development processes for customer orientation and long-term growth. The R&D
    organization comprised around 40 developers in Stockholm and an outsourced team of 12
    developers in Vietnam. Member of the Executive Management Team and contributed to a
    successful IPO in December 2016.

  • From April 2016 to March 2018, advisor to the CEO of Sony Mobile Communications Inc,
    Tokyo, Japan. The assignment was directed towards management of open innovation and
    new business incubation within Sony Europe.

    focused on integrating Sony Ericsson/Sony Mobile into Sony Corporation including the move of headquarter functions to Japan and downsizing the Sony Ericsson/Sony Mobile
    organization in Sweden. As of 2016, Sony Mobile Communications AB had around 1.200
    employees in Sweden and subsidiaries in Europe, US, and Asia.

  • During 2014 and 2015 Acting Head of the business unit Companion Products with full P&L
    responsibility, in the range of €180 million, for all the company's wearables and accessories.
    The organization consisted of some 150 staff with R&D teams in Sweden, China, and Japan.
    Examples of products being developed and brought to market under my leadership are Sony
    SmartWatch3, Sony SmartBand Talk, and a number of Bluetooth-enabled headsets and
    speakers.

  • From 2013 to 2015 Global Head of SW Excellence, thus analyzing and developing Sony
    Mobile's SW strategy as well as best practices for scaled agile SW development
    methodologies.

  • From 2007 to 2013 held a number of global executive manager positions in product
    management and development:

  • o Head of Development, comprising some 4.000 staff, with R&D teams in Sweden, Japan, China, Taiwan, and California. With a budget in the range of €600 million, the position included full responsibility for all Android phones and SW applications being developed
    within the company.

  • o Head of Development Tokyo, comprising some 800 staff plus outsourced consultants.
    With a budget in the range of €200 million, the position comprised full responsibility for
    all phones being developed at the site. The position included responsibilities for

    supplier to an Android smartphone supplier.

  • o Head of the Symbian SW platform with some 500 staff in Sweden, UK, China, and Japan.
    The position included the build-up of the global organization and processes for open
    source-based SW platform (Symbian Foundation) development.

  • o Head of R&D in Development Unit Central Lund, comprising some 300 staff within
    mechanics, hardware, and software development.

  • o Examples of products being released under my leadership are the flagship Xperia Z, the
    company’s first LTE smartphone Xperia V, Walkman W595, and Cybershot C905.

  • Member of the Sony Mobile global leadership team 2012-2016, thus being part of the
