• Leading an organization of six development teams from five locations; service provider management for ad-hoc and/or long-term support (up to 40 ppl).
• Developing engineering aspects, teams, and stakeholders towards an agile organization, considering sense of urgency, capabilities, and continuous learning from doing.
• Process owner for the portfolio planning (along purpose, confidence, and capacities) in close collaboration with the functional owners from product management.

Product Owner (Manager)

• End-to-end responsibility for the data-driven promotion planning and optimization tool (emnos PromoBalancer) as part of the emnos SaaS retail platform.
• Leading a distributed, agile product team (up to 14 ppl.), driving intra-cooperate alignment on development and delivery processes, operations, and quality mgmt.

• Leading a small development team (design and implementation) designing and building a new data driven planning and evaluation tool for retail promotions (direct marketing)

• Development of a software platform to extract and interpret arbitrary information from the internet for extended market analysis (i.e. assortment, price, and image)

• Organization of the data analytics department (previously distributed across the org).
• Development of the team from a workbench mentality to a popular service provider.

• Development of a web-based Customer Insights Platform („Big Data“) for FMCG retailers.
• Managing product requirements, service providers, and development teams of various sizes (up to 25 ppl.) – delivery responsibility.
