Profile - Project Manager

Managed successfully for two years the development project, of the second version of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in a Laboratory Company.

• In charge of the company?s process evaluation with the manager of each department, aiming at having a thorough design for the new version of LIMS.
• Process design, database design and development.
• In charge of 1 programmer for the first year and 2 programmers for the second year.
• This software manages the workflow from work orders batches of samples; customers? request, sample reception and log in, processing and quality control for each batch, test results, and the laboratory reports.
• The software also allows the full visual control over the status of the samples, whether it is on an initial phase, or if it has been tested, or reported, invoiced, etc.
• The parameterization of the methods used for the processing of the samples is complete and extensive, giving users the capacity to create as many as needed with various parameters.
• It also comes with quality control charts that allow the laboratory technician and manager to have control over the methods and equipment.
• This software comes with a planning agenda for the sampling department (in charge of travelling arround Ecuador to get samples and bring them back to the Lab) that allows them to view work orders, reserve dates for sampling, reserve resources like technicians and pick-ups, view the qualifications of the technicians, and the requirements of the clients, etc.
• Reporting progress directly to the assistant director and to the manager of the company
• The project was managed with Agile Methodology, wrote User Stories for all areas involved, including sales, operations, laboratory, quality control and sampling departments.
• Worked with programmers to pass on the design and implementing of the project, ensuring quality and stability. Used Azure DevOps Services to control the projects? progress.
• Coordinated with database experts to finalize design and formalize requirements.
• Coordinating with each area for testing and re-assessing of the requirements.

Profile - Computer Programmer

Solutions-driven programmer with 11-years? experience in modular and object-oriented programming, 3 year in web app development with AngularJS and Javascript, and 1 year experience of Java. 8 years? experience with Windows Form App projects using Vb.net and 2 years? experience with c#. Solid understanding of software development cycles, with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Successful customized solutions improving business processes. Able to incorporate user needs into efficient and user-friendly solutions. Strength and intelligence in coordinating with external and internal clients and able to analyze their existing systems.
