Product Owner for the main data distribution system acting as core system for the full portfolio of applications.

Establishing and executing the vision and strategy for the product.

• Support the project to build and convey vision and to the Agile Scrum team; maximise Business Value.
• Create, maintain and prioritize the Product backlog and product Strategy Roadmap; Scrum Master enabler role on demand.
• Follow up on Sprint progress by participating in the scrum team daily: adjust, calibrate and move forward in implementing a successful system; to deliver a new Product Increment.
• Increase team efficiency: Increasing release frequency and at the same time, ensuring product quality and robustness; by means of new test automation strategy. Ensuring the new test automation strategy is understood and supported by the Scrum team.

Primary point of contact acting as main contributor between the
airlines/Aircraft Maintenance Providers and the different Scrum/Agile Teams, specifically the data exchange team for AMOS software.

• Facilitating integration projects related to import/export and data exchange between systems (Focused on XML, REsT, API specification and data exchange standards specification)
• Collecting, analysing and transform business requirement into stories and assisting with solution proposal creation; evaluating the impact on the product and customers

  development backlog.
• Handle workshops, meeting logistics and day-to-day customer
  support and communications
• Assisting with the implementation of Agile-Scrum processes inside a Waterfall development team. Planning and managing the development iterations and driving them into release.

Managing and resolving highly challenging technical issues to ensure high availability software service for the offered SaaS platform.

• Customer support and assess and execute planned software change requests. Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high-paced under pressure environment

• Define test scenarios for Web, Business service and Mainframe testing
• Software defect management and reporting
