HACKATHON: INNOVATION DAYS

3 rounds, each with more participants, a more aligned scope and more live-features
brought to the customer. We have designed a Hackathon that was more than just a hacking event - it became a cultural change initiative and network movement.

We navigated through interpersonal issues, enabled making decision making on a high
