- Overall responsibility and business program lead for the IPATON program (Intelligent process automation and optimization).
- Overall responsibility for the finding (?case spotting?) and realization of digitization, automation and optimization cases. IPATON currently consists of more than 320 realization ?cases? which are being implemented using various methods:
- End-to-end redesign of existing processes
- Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
