Managing the rollout of CLM globally

• Responsible for projects related to standard investment reporting including requirements gathering and documentation between Business and IT
• Development of NPMS/MACSdb applications according to business requirements following standard host cycle releases utilizing Agile method
• Designed and implemented new processes on the interface between business and IT
• Extended the usage of JIRA to include also the interface between business and IT to enable transition from Waterfall to Agile methods

Responsibilities included:

• Managing remediation activities of W2k and W2003 global server infrastructure
• Liaising with off shore development teams following Agile method
• Collaborating closely with vendor partner to ensure scope coverage and stability
• Regular update / steering committee calls with senior stakeholders in LATAM and Asia

• Responsible for EU (10 countries) monitoring progress, tracking risks, issues and their mitigation and managing escalations as required
• Reporting the EU status to senior management on a regular basis
• Coordinating local legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure general regulations are adapted to local country requirements

• Verified, aligned and documented business processes of the Basel III rules by extracting requirements from subject matter experts
• Documented the global Basel III architecture; systems, applications and interfaces
• Created the complete master reference data dictionary for the BASEL III environment

• Successfully deployed a new virtual environment
• Planned and executed migrations of applications to new virtual environment
• Achieved considerable cost savings through retiring of old server estate

Achievements include:

• Successful deployment of Internet acceleration and caching technologies from Akamai
• Optimizing the LMS system by working closely with SumTotal
• Utilizing performance data for proactive management of the LMS
• Establishing, analyzing and reporting of monthly KPIs to management

• Post-merge project integrating the IT infrastructure of an acquisition in Russia including outsourcing management of local services, rolling out the Zurich eWP desktop environment and email system and optimizing local and global bandwidth capacity
• Disaster recovery project including fail over of 140+ applications to the stand by site
• Working closely with the PMO to develop and document processes in order to align the project management methodology within the company

BT Global Services (07.2007-10.2007)

• Network migration project with a budget of 3 million CHF integrating 40 locations across three continents for a major customer into the BT global MPLS network

Citigroup (03.2006-06.2007)

• Regulatory project with a budget exceeding 1 million CHF. Successfully integrated a new voice recording system from MobaTime on multiple locations within Switzerland, delivering user manual and training of the end users, creating a detailed technical system description and re-worked the voice recording process

MGI Media (12.2005-02.2006)

• Infrastructure/process project. Optimized infrastructure, streamlined operations, improved and documented all processes for a wholesale carrier in the telecoms industry
