KPN ITNL outsourced their entire data centre and application hosting organisation to Getronics organisation. Within this project Veysel was responsible for the entire transition.

  • Manage and reorganise the application management services organisation to Getronics organisation. Understanding the current processes methods and tooling within KPN.
  • Act as the mediator to the Program (GAP analyse, advise and define the strategy) to the supply and demand organisation.
  • Act as the strategic decision maker in the definition of the transition project data centre and application hosting.
  • Responsible for the reorganisation of the current support team, started investigation of the processes within the KPN ITNL organisation, delivered the strategy for the transition project (Project Brief).
  • Implemented ITIL, ASL, BISL, CMMI processes maintenance team,
  • Extended the team with 30%.

Established Interconnect Dedicated Lines with Slovenia, Realizing a capacity upgrade between C&W and Energis Implemented Telephone Siemens Telephone Switch Upgrade (V12). Implemented Entire new IN Network Platform (OSS&BSS), introduced new services and re-organized the entire Energis organization. Implementation of Kenan Arbor BP Billing & Customer Care System, Interconnect Billing (Prospero), BSCS, and Flexible Charging Centre.
