The Allianz Data Center Consolidation (DCC) program has as an overall objective the consolidation of the currently dispersed and heterogeneous data centers and the migration and transformation of the various Allianz environments to a standardized and consolidated environment. The goal includes providing remote managed operations, shared services, and regional services for data center services to reduce business operational risks related to gaps in DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity Program) capabilities (Program value 1.2bEuro)

KPN ITNL(Via KPN), Den Haag Ad- Interim Transition Manager

KPN ITNL outsourced their entire data centre and application hosting organisation to Getronics organisation. Within this project Veysel was responsible for the entire transition.

• Manage and reorganise the application management services organisation to Getronics organisation. Understanding the current processes methods and tooling within KPN.
• Act as the mediator to the Program (GAP analyse, advise and define the strategy) to the supply and demand organisation.
• Act as the strategic decision maker in the definition of the transition project data centre and application hosting.
• Responsible for the reorganisation of the current support team, started investigation of the processes within the KPN ITNL organisation, delivered the strategy for the transition project (Project Brief).

• Joulz is an Independent Service Integrator for Energy Infrastructure and Power Plants Solutions. In several locations like Utrecht and Rotterdam Joulz act also as the Energy Gas, Cable and Infrastructure Coordinator.
• In the position of Portfolio Manager, my responsibilities were, managing the entire project portfolio for the region of Utrecht like setting up 10KVA transformer energy and electrical supply of datacenters and locations, deploy of new power cables (including complex tunnel constructions, coordination (20 different stakeholders) of movement of cables. Interaction and alignment with City Hall Utrecht, NS, constructors and Rijksdienst was part of my tasks.  
• In the role of Bid Manager I was responsible for: offering the Setting up a Plant in Rotterdam for Eneco. Hereby we have introduced complete new system integration model with third parties constructions agents. Partnership with Engineering Partner and Project Office.
