The activities are part of Carlsberg's global BSP project (Business Standardisation Program). The project goal is to harmonize Carlsberg's business all over the world on one platform within several rollouts. A EWM template for different countries has been created. First Go-Live was in 05/2011 at Feldschlösschen Brewery in Switzerland. Next rollouts are in progress.

In 1998 Conrad Electronic started one of the largest SAP-Retail Implementation where I was mainly responsible for the integration of an external MFC for the HBR into WM. Since that time, many process changes and optimizations have been executed. Following only a rough overview:

• Full lifecycle from proposal, feasibility study, conception and design, detailed specification, customizing and implementation, add-on programming, key-user and end-user training, go-live and after go live full support, permanent optimization
• Worldwide the 2nd project, where the new LE-IDW interface and dec. LES has been implemented. Go-Live in 12/2002
• Coordination of LES and MFC teams from the general contractor Siemens Dematic
