Project management and functional consulting for a running implementation project with SAP SuccessFactors, Status-Quo-assessment, redesign requirements specification, SWOT analysis for global - local HCM-solution(s), recommendation for the management board (CFO, CHRO) in terms of suggestions of measurements for correction and realignment to a successful implementation project
