Zwei Projekte wurden mit parallel für den Kunden abgewickelt. Während für das erste Projekt UAT- und Hyper-Care-Prozesse durchgeführt werden, wurde für das zweites Projekt ein neues System von Grund auf analysiert, entwickelt und gleichzeitig dokumentiert. Dabei wurden Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Implementierungen mit verschiedenen Ablaufdefinitionen und kundenspezifischen Lightning Komponenten geliefert, um das neue System umzusetzen. Die Implementierung der Lösung wurde immer im Rahmen des Salesforce Best Practice umgesetzt. Somit konnte gewährleistet werden das der Kunde eine wartbare und wiederverwendbare Umgebung erhalten hat.
Der fließende Übergang vom Altsystem in die neu entwickelte Salesforce Instanz bot den Benutzern ein optimales Benutzererlebnis. Die neuen Endnutzer wurden im Rahmen von Schulungen mit dem neuen System vertraut gemacht.

Sales and Community Cloud implemented with an agile project method and integration of Third-party systems. Focus of the Sales Cloud implementation is CPQ & risk management. Focus of the Community Cloud implementation is to set up a „guided selling process“(via Flow) for partner companies and a Self-Service portal for end customers (via flow and process builder). The focus of the service cloud implementation is omni channel routing & implementation of service processes.
Delivering Salesforce Solutions in terms of Epics. Owning Detailed Design Documents and communicating with the client to offer solutions and document it properly. Evaluating the demands in talking with the customer's
representatives, and as a result, designing a solution to go along with the already built architecture with all Middleware and the other applications to maintain a End-to-End solution .
