  • Ensuring secure configuration of all user machines and systems to make sure OS and Anti-Virus patching is up to date (Log Me In, Jamf, Kaspersky, Sophos, zScaler).
  • Maintaining of Active Directory on-premises/cloud-based servers, related accounts and services, including mail, file services and print services through standard tools to ensure settings and accounts are created/removed in a timely fashion (Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Office365).
  • Maintaining and managing of the stability and security of internal network and VPN (Cisco Meraki, 2FA, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMWare).
  • Designing and implementing the ITIL framework for help desk system (Freshservice – Incident, Change, Problem, Solution and Configuration Management).
  • Managing deployment, implementation and access to Confluence and Jira services.
  • Working cross-functionality with internal and external IT stakeholders.
  • Researching and recommending new technologies.
  • Executing internal software audits and license compliancy reviews and reporting across the company.
  • Responding to alerts and taking corrective actions, ensuring 99,99% uptime and meeting the industry’s SLAs; providing root cause analysis and suggesting improvements (New Relic).
