• Leading, supervising and mentoring SD team to carry out support for ABB.
• Handling issues in SD (Sales, Delivery and Billing) area at offshore for DE and PL Landscape.
• Involved in handling Projects, Change Requests, Incidents, Incident Related Changes and Standard Changes.
• Single Point of Contact to manage all CR’s.
• Involved in client meetings for support.
• Reporting Weekly Backlog Protocol to the Client and SDM.
