successful delivery of the Project to meet plan, agreed quality. I am performing project planning, tracking, and oversights to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Project Initiation, Kick-off meeeting, resources planning, communication with clients, resolving all problems and conflicts within the team and clients, risks and issues
  management, reporting to stakeholders, ensuring schedule are met, project closure, performance of leasons learned activities and billing to the client.

• Leading multinational and inter-organizational teams, including both virtual team approach and live meetings/visits.

Major Accomplishments

• Designing and implementing software developments and issue tracking tool Jira (atlassian.com) for internal usage and for customers, acting as Forbis Service Desk,
  describing and implementing relevant workflows, releasing of descriptions, rules and instructions. As a result, prioritized tasks are assigned to developers, environment is
  friendly and current project status is always available.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of the company software development, FORPOST enhancement, infrastructural projects to customers with meeting all the requirements and
  deadlines.
• Producing and integrating a testing strategy for the strategic implementation programme adhering to the custom Agile implementation methodology framework.
• As a result of integrating Agile practices into the company, as well as improving, describing and integrating other project implementations processes more than 90% projects are delivered on time, according to agreed schedule.

I started my career at Forbis as an IT project manager and was in charge of delivering project management services to international clients and assumed responsibilities at various phases of the programmes and projects. I was responsible for the overall performance of the team and the goals. My tasks included but were not limited to:

• leading and supervising the teams’ performance for achievement of business objectives;
• managing IT programmes including participation in a project initiation phase, pre-sale phase, preparing high-level project plans and presenting them to Bank Customers;
• responsible for the aptness, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of the project;
• establishing tracking measures and milestones, tracking the on-going project progress, budget controlling;
• proactive management of risks, issues, budgets, and scope throughout the project lifecycle.

• As a Project manager assistant, I was responsible for managing project records, preparing correspondence related to the contractual matters (technical and commercial issues), as well as for facilitating project manager’s work in leading the projects, mostly assisting in communication and preparation of project plans and reports.
