US & India led Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (and SCM) for Germany (Frankfurt and Regensburg). Due to a change of scope of the project after 6 months, the GE Business team in the US decided to defer work and management from the US and their offshore team in India, to GE Czech Republic and their local implementation partner.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Collect, document and communicate client business user functional & interface requirements.
• Successfully configured AGIS, Oracle FAH, Oracle Sub Ledger Accounting & General Ledger, Accounts Payable (including EFT payment processing for German Localizations), Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and E-Business Tax in the CRP C1 instance.
• Facilitate and manage communication between the US management team, India offshore technical team and Germany client business user team.
• Prepare and plan for regular visits to the Regensburg manufacturing site to further understand the shop-floor activities.

The Dutch Public Prosecution Service (OM) decides whether an offender must appear before the court and it prepares the indictment.
