Mohamad was responsible to improve the development process in Serrala’s Alevate project and make it agile. He introduced the Scrum framework into the project and implemented its' practices successfully. Typical tasks were to create new Jira projects suited for Scrum, adapt the development workflows, lead the change of the code merging strategy and coach the project members regarding agile practices. His responsibilities also included the daily Scrum Master tasks, ensuring the implementation of the new development process, facilitating further improvement of the team's development process, leading the retrospective, planning the development sprints, removing blockers and much more. Jira and Confluence were the main project tools used.
